Sandra O'Brien is a thief

Do not give money to York FM Chairperson (Nutcase) Sandra O'Brien for coffee or cakes at fund raisers or markets etc. Sandra has revealed that the money she is taking for these fundraisers is not for the Radio Station, it is for herself, not only is that false pretences dear Sandra, it is called stealing. This revelation may have something to do with the fact that consumer affairs asked for the books of York FM about a month ago and not much has happened since then. The books have definitely not been seen. In the last few months there have been some rather dramatic developments at York FM so read on- I was kicked off York FM a few years ago and my membership was cancelled. The reason which was given to me in an official letter by acting chairperson Dee Robinson was that I had apparently tried to incite racial hatred by interviewing an aboriginal person on radio, Merle Narkle. I had permission to do the interview by the programming Director Sue McLoud. When a dispute like this occurs the matter is taken to a dispute resolution procedure, this never happened the allegations against me were never proved or upheld and the next Radio Station Chairperson Sandra O'Brien refused to take my membership fee off me despite having done nothing wrong. At the time there were huge discrepancies in the Radio Stations Financial books and Dee Robinson was guarding them with her life. Many attempts were made to gain access to the books which are open to public scrutiny by law, when we finally did get our hands on the books alas, all the money was stolen or misplaced just like the previous Chairperson Mara Abbot who stole over $4000. Dee Robinson stole over $7500. The new incoming chairperson Sandra O'Brien has now taken over the radio station like some sort of Demi-God, she calls herself Sandra Dee after the famous singer. At the last AGM Sandra O'Brien was unable to find a Quorum, that is enough committee members to run the station and form a committee. I wrote to Sandra O'Brien after receiving this worrying information and asked her who her committee was and I also asked for access to the financial records of the station, it is a requirement of law that this information be provided to members of the public upon request. A reasonable law given that the station is a community one in charge of thousands of dollars. The response to my letter was a short email from Sandra O'Brien stating "I am ringing the Police". Concerned at this secret type of attitude I wrote to Consumer Affairs informing them that York FM did not have a committee nor up to date financial records. I also got a member of the Station and a mate of mine Alan Peachey to request the same information, he got the same response. Last month Consumer Affairs wrote to Sandra O'Brien on at least three occasions and have been unable to get a satisfactory answer regarding her committee and the financial records. Puzzled at Sandra O'Brien's obsession with going to he police rather than hand give out information that she is legally required to supply I started asking a few questions around York and was told that there was no doubt that Sandra O'Brien was stealing from the Radio Station. y next step was to write a letter of complaint to tell Police about this. Around this time I started receiving phone calls from the York Radio Station from both the land line an the fax line, my home phone was called many times as well as my mobile, but the person on the other end of the phone would hang up (Sandra O'Brien) note that these calls are illegal. Around 13th October this year I got a phone call from a mate in Perth who had had a visit from the Police, they had a Misconduct Restraining Order from Sandra O'Brien for both myself and my mate Alan Peachey. What an over reaction, I ask to see the books and to get the names of the York FM committee and instead of supplying the information, Sandra O'Brien illegally tries to take out 2 Restraining orders, wasting valuable Police Time and resources on a false complaint. I am in Melbourne 4000 kilometres away as Alan Peachey and I have not been to Perth in over a year! This restraining order attempt by Sandra O'Brien is now the subject of a complaint to the Northam Court and the Northam Police by myself. It seems desperate times call for desperate measures- Sandra O'Brien is starting to lose her cool and starting to panic. One reason she is panicing is that she does not have an acting treasurer at York FM, a move which effectively ends the Association. It has also come to light that at the AGM no financials were tabled, a move which is required by law. At the AGM nobody turned up and nobody nominated for secretary or treasurer. This means that legally the radio station cannot operate, but it still is. The reason we have an upcoming concert at the Town Hall (which is probably illegal and not covered by insurance) on behalf of York FM at $50 a head is that Sandra O'Brien is trying to recover missing money belonging to York FM that she has illegally spent on herself of course. Rest assured Sandra it is only a matter of time before you are caught stealing. Consumer Affairs will get the information they want and you will be exposed. As far as the concert that York FM is running for Jerry Lee Lewis in the Town Hall, it will be a total failure. The tickets were going to be $80 but are $50, I could see Liza Minelli here in Melbourne for that and she is an international star. Stick to running the radio station Sandra, music promotion is not your field and is fraught with financial pitfalls as you will soon find out. Sandra O'Brien and MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. It has come to my attention that the $50,000 studio, donated by Lottery West at the radio station has been abandoned and the old studio is now back in use. The reason- Sandra O'Brien didn't like sitting with her back to the door in the new Lottery West Studio!!! I wonder how Lottery West and the public would feel knowing that your paranoia has lead to $50,000 worth of the latest up to date equipment being left idle because you are off your head? Really Sandra, get some psychiatric help.
